Do you like most black people you see in public?

Going by the majority of black people you meet or see in public do you think that they behave favorably or unfavorably? I think they act unfavorably. Especially in stores. They are usually too loud and ghetto, and use ebonics. I live in the mid-east, I believe maybe they don't act this way in places like New York and other areas where people are more refined and educated. But where I live the majority are just too ghetto and make their race look bad. I even had some walking by saying, "Do you want some bud?" when I was coming out of a shopping center from Blockbuster Video.
