You could iron on some design patches, wear to-die-for shoes or really cool shoes, and definatley wear like red lipstick or a shade of red because if you wear jewelry, it'll look to flashy with the sparkly empire waist on the dress already plus the lipstick will draw attention to your face(but dont make it too bright,) so you really don't need to add anything.
