How do Whitemen get jobs instead of women and minorities?

An educated Whiteman with a college degree does not get the job when in competition with a woman or colored guy with the same backgrounds. We need affirmative action for Whitemen only. Let us ship women and blacks to the South Pole. I have been trying for years to get that job, but to no avail a woman or mininority Always gets it instead of me. It's those women's ist groups and black racist groups that are the enemy of Equal Opportunity Laws. Laws can not stop their hatred. So I boycott women and minority owned businesses.
