Please help me!!!!!!!!!!?

Okay, i went to the doctor today for a a small common cold. I have been noticing a dull sometimes sharpening pain in my lower stomach. I feel like im about to start AF but the thing is I just got OFF. it was a pretty normal period i guess, It was more of a brown blood not red, and i only wore like pantyliner or two a day, for like 4 or 5 days. Anyways, the doctor pushes all around my stomach and says,,, "have you ever been pregnant before?" I was like uhh,,, no but i wanna be. He was rushed out because it was just an urgent care and says before leaving,, " it MAY be a small hernia"... blah blah blah,,, I never got to tell him that the pain moves around! anyways, He prescribed me a antibiotic but said nothing more. i left feeling angry and anxious. he never gave me an answer. I know I should test and I am first thing in the morning but I just wanted to see what you guys think? has anyone ever had a kinda dull lower abdomen pain during early pregnancy? Sry for goin on and on, just exited
