URGENT!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!?

I am putting music in my podcast. It is like a countdown. At 45 is blah blah blah and so on. Is that legal? am i breaking any laws, like copyright laws? if yes, what laws? thanks for any help! I really appreciate it!
