Aaron Rodgers or Matt Helbeck?

Aaron Rodger is my number 1 and he is playing Tampa. I have Matt Helbeck against Detroit. I'm not sure who to start. Aaron is pretty beat up from being top sacked QB. I think the Packers will run the ball more against the Bucs since Tampa is ranked 30th against the run. I'm really considering benching Aaron Rodgers and starting Helbeck, what do you think?
