Are there any tips to run / swim faster?

well in general, to get better u need to have a constant workout schedule... like u have to practice everyday. work on ur technique so like for roke keep ur head down and maximize the amount u move with each stroke so really put a lot of effort into it and make sure ur kick starts at ur knees. for freestyle make sure u make the s-shape with ur hands so u pull down to about ur stomach and then around ur waist. etc. for breathing methods try to breath every 3, so u can get consistent breathing to ur weak side, or if u can breath every 5 or more. hope i helped =)
