Hi im a bit worried.. can u guys help me.. pls?

my LMP was Nov 17, 2010 i have unprotected (but use withdrawal method)i make sure i wipe every sperms come out ive even squeeze before another .. now a bit 2 months ago every 22 days of my cycle i have PMS cramps, tenderness, epigastric pain before my menstruation... now im a bit worried because last DEC 15 (my 28 days cycle) supposed to have menstruation but theres none on the next day i feel slight tenderness and epigastric pain, a little bit warm (ive started to freak out and my bf started to get angry to me bec. i insisted always maybe i was pregnant and he always said he did not do anything to make me pregnant bec every sperm is always outside and wipe out.. im a little bit curious now is my 30 days cycle and no menstruation but slight tenderness and epigastric pain, a little bit warm.. am i pregnant or just another PMS?? bec i know PMS will started a week before the onset of menstruation help me plissssssss i dont want to have a baby..
