Why do Republicans love foreigners while hate on Americans?

Republicans love Israel and they'll do anything to protect them while Israel can just about do anything to Palestine, Iran, Iraq, and Lebanon, striking and killing innocent civilians, which is no better than terrorists blowing up at the grocery store or the cafe. Republicans also love the idea of winning the war and bring democracy to Iraq that Iraqis never asked for in the first place by spending hard earned American taxes of 12 billion dollars every month to Muslims that they claim to hate. We could've used that money to seal our Southern border to keep the illegal Mexican foreigners out but I'm sure Republicans have the deeper meaning by keeping American safe from the terrorists using this kind of hypocrisy. So why hate on fellow Americans like liberals, hollywood celebrities, gays, minorities of different colors, and the sick and the poor Americans like injured veterans that are having hard times and unfair rights imposed on them? Do Republicans think they can save the Republican party with this kind of an unpatriotic foreign loving behavior?
